The 2 Day Event Planning Certificate Program is $995-$1,595. The 6 Week Online Boot Camp is $1,595. Registration includes the training, the workbook, and supporting materials. Registration does not include lodging, transportation, parking, or meals.
Our courses are filled on a first come first serve basis. Payment plans are available 45 days prior to a course date with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Send an email to email@example.com to request an electronic invoice for the deposit. A deposit secures your course seat, the balance is due 14 days prior to the class. Deposit invoices must be paid within 3 days of request. Should you forfeit making payments on time, you will lose the arrangement and forfeit any payments made. No refunds or transfers for payment plans.
Courses will be hosted virtually, postponed, or a one year course credit will be issued if a course is impacted by the pandemic. If you choose to cancel your registration, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your participation in the course but keep in mind, our courses are non refundable or transferrable. We will extend a one year course credit to take the class at a later date or you can choose to take the course online. The courses are non refundable.
You cannot change the location or date after your registration has been processed.
You must renew your certificate within 2 calendar years of earning it. For example, if you earned your certificate January 2020 - December 2020, the 2 year renewal is due no later than January 1, 2022. Your renewal is valid for 2 calendar years 2019 and 2020. The renewal fee is $195. You can register for the online renewal course by requesting an electronic invoice for the renewal to email@example.com. Once your payment is made, you will receive your renewal course material via email. Renewal training is only offered online.

You must pay 50% to make a deposit on the class you plan to enroll in. Your deposit secures your seat. We will send you an electronic invoice for the final balance. The balance is due 14 days prior to the class date. Should you forfeit making payments on time, you will lose the arrangement and forfeit any payments made.
Groups of 3 or more attendees can qualify for a special discount on each registration with prior approval by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One invoice will be sent directly to the company or individual for the entire group. Consider bringing the course onsite at an affordable flat rate.
No, the course is non-transferable.
The Event Planning Certificate Program generally takes place on 2 separate days for 3 hours from 1PM-4PM. Seats are not reserved, open seating is available 30 minutes prior to the start time of class. For a weekend event planning class from 1PM-4PM, it is safe to make Sunday flights after 6:00 PM.
Registration is limited to 24 attendees for the Event Planning Certificate Program. One person per 6 foot table in classroom or u-shape style. Registration is filled on a first come first serve basis.
The Online Boot Camp is designed to develop a comprehensive event portfolio within six weeks. Students receive one-on-one detailed feedback for each assignment from a dedicated instructor.
