1How do I register for classes?
You can register on the website at www.correlationsllc.com
2What is the registration cost?
The 2 Day Event Planning Certificate Program is $1,595. The 6 Week Online Boot Camp is $1,595. The Presentation Skills Training is $995.
3What is the last day I can register?
Our courses are filled on a first come first serve basis. Payment plans are available 45 days prior to a course date with a $195 non-refundable deposit. Send an email to info@correlationsllc.com to request an electronic invoice for the deposit. A deposit secures your course seat, the balance is due 14 days prior to the class. Deposit invoices must be paid within 3 days of request. Failure to pay the payment plan will result in forfeiture of payments. No refunds or transfers for payment plans.
4How do I cancel my registration?
You can send an email to info@correlationsllc.com to cancel your participation in the course but keep in mind, our courses are non refundable or transferrable. If a course is cancelled due to a natural act of God or an unforeseen emergency, the course will take place as a Webinar during the originally scheduled time or the course will be rescheduled. Refunds are not issued when the course takes place as a Webinar or if it is rescheduled. The courses are non refundable.
5How do I change location or date?
You cannot change the location or date after your registration has been processed.
6How do I renew my event certificate and what is the fee?
You must renew your certificate within 2 calendar years of earning it. For example, if you earned your certificate January 2018 - December 2018, the 2 year renewal is due no later than January 1, 2020. Your renewal is valid for 2 calendar years 2020 and 2021. You can register for the online renewal course by requesting a $99 electronic invoice for the renewal to info@correlationsllc.com. Once your payment is made, you will receive your renewal course material via email. Renewal training is done online and takes less than 60 minutes to complete.
7How long do I have to renew my event certificate, what if I forget?
Online Renewal fee within 2 calendar years of taking the Event Planning Certificate Program = $99. Lapse fee 1-30 days late (no exceptions)= $175. Recertification fee after 30 days late =$1,595.
8How do I pay for the Event Planning Certificate Program?
You must pay with a credit card online at www.correlationsllc.com
9Can I qualify for a discount?
Groups of 3 or more attendees can qualify for a special discount on each registration with prior approval by sending an email to info@correlationsllc.com. One invoice will be sent directly to the company or individual for the entire group. Consider bringing the course onsite at an affordable flat rate.
10Can someone else from my company attend in my place?
No, the course is non-transferable.
11When does the course start and end?
The Event Planning Certificate Program generally takes place on 2 separate days for 3 hours. Seats are not reserved, open seating is available 30 minutes prior to the start time of class. For a weekend class from 1PM-4PM, it is safe to make Sunday flights after 6:00 PM. The Presentations Skills Training takes place from 9AM-4PM with a one hour lunch break from 12-1PM.
12How many people attend an average course?
Registration is limited to 24 attendees for the Event Planning Certificate Program. Registration is limited to 12 participants for the Presentation Skills Training. Registration is filled on a first come first serve basis.
